1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing or dispatch.

  • For customized items (e.g. name necklaces), full payment is required in advance.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or other methods as communicated at the time of order.

  • Bejouled reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard (non-custom) items are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Customized jewellery may take 7–10 business days to prepare before shipping.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, or national holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available across Pakistan.

  • Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Bejouled is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel if delayed.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product, only if damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

  • Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • All jewellery should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
