Bejouled – Return & Refund Policy

At Bejouled, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size or design does not match what you ordered

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g. name necklaces) are not eligible for return, as they are made specifically for you.


2. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • You may receive a store credit or voucher, redeemable on any future purchase.

  • In some special cases, a refund via bank transfer may be offered.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund process to be completed.


3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or design):

  • You must return the original item to us.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges.
