1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).

Customized or personalized items (e.g. name necklaces) are not eligible for return, as they are made specifically for you.

Once your return is approved:

You may receive a store credit or voucher, redeemable on any future purchase.

3. Exchange Policy
