At Bejouled, we ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. Below is our detailed shipping policy:

1. Shipping Within Pakistan

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via trusted courier services.

  • Shipping is available to all major cities and towns.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be communicated at the time of placing your order.

  • In some cases (e.g. remote areas), additional delivery charges may apply.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Customized items: Dispatched within 7–10 business days (depending on the complexity of the design).

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

    • 2–5 business days for most cities.

    • Remote or rural areas may take longer, depending on the courier service.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

  • You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we do our best to dispatch on time, delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

  • Bejouled is not liable for any delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

  • However, we are always available to assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product.

  • We may request photos/videos of the damaged parcel before resolving the issue.
